The sound. Not only it accompanies the merry-go-round in all its shapes, it also opens to a more imaginative dimension. As a matter of fact, at the very beginning of the merry-go-round, there are three words : imaginary, interpretation, real. The work on this first idea, is my ears…

The merry-go-round begins : missing children hit the screen and our retina, and confirm that there’s no room for them, or for their games, reduced to a cascades of aborted sounds. Between the disappearing beeps and singings, it’s hard to find a place. Where do we go ? Le trip of this merry-go-round is traveling through the sound. It moves from a visual print to a sound mark.
