XML is a series of books and prints of data and spectral types, of every star visible from Earth. Considered as real “directories” of stellar data, these XMLs contain the vastness and variety of stars on a defined format. Whether it is a book of 280 pages or an A2 print, the information is reduced to be contained in its support. The result is unexpected forms – gray and illegible monochromes and absurd listings – on which we never try to read the information, in favor of a contemplative experience, like the experience in front of the stars themselves.
